    Witam serdecznie mój przypadek wygląda następująco. Mam uszkodzony mięsień w barku, ból bardzo duży problemy z unoszeniem ręki. Dostałem zwolnienie lekarskie na którym jestem już 4msc . W Polsce na takim zwolnieniu można być 6msc. Ja za dwa miesiące mam operację. Co po operacji ? już nie będę miał zwolnienia ?
