Myślę że każdy przechodził zbieranie wywiadu po czym tworzenie historii choroby na Dermie, bądź ma to jeszcze przed sobą. Jeśli macie jakieś przykładowe historie to wrzućcie je w tym temacie co by młodsze pokolenia miały jakiś wzór/punkt odniesienia. Sam kiedyś sie tego dużo oszukałem.

W załączeniu historia choroby pacjentki z owrzodzeniem podudzi na tle niedokrwiennym.

    Kolego wszystikie dane są fikcyjne :) Zresztą samo nazwisko powinno na to zwrócić uwagę, ponieważ jest ono używane w większości przykładach w PL ...

    Bardzo dobry pomysł. Wygląda na wrocławską szkołę dermy - choć z tego co widzę tak nie jest ;)
